# Como conectar o coexistence

 Em configurações > geral clique em CANAIS. Após isso, clique em Novo Canal.

Selecione o canal WhatsApp, dê um nome ao canal que seja de fácil identificação (exemplo: nome da conta + quatro últimos dígitos do telefone) e clique em “continuar com o Facebook” e clique em continuar.

Selecione seu portfólio empresarial, ou seja, em qual portfólio sua conta ficará vinculada. Marque a opção “conectar um app WhatsApp Business” e clique em avançar.

Você receberá uma mensagem do Facebook, clique em “connect” > conectar à plataforma comercial. Selecione se deseja conectar o histórico anterior ou não (print 3) e clique em CONFIRMAR.&#x20;

Ao completar à etapa anterior, volte para a Suri, selecione o fuso e clique em avançar. Após isso, aguarde a plataforma e clique em SALVAR. A conexão só será finalizada após essa fase.
